Description

The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price, ten-year IDIQ contract for Electromagnetic Relays, NSN: 5945-01-165-1065, P/O MIL-STD/Tactical Quiet Generator IAW Drawing number 70-501. Simplfied Acquisition Procedures (SAP) IAW FAR Part 13.500(a) Special Test Procedures, will be utilized for this acquisition. Any bidder who expresses an interest in providing the spare relays to the Government will need to go through First Article Testing to be qualified as a source. Costs for the First Article Testing will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. A CD-ROM may be requested in writing once the solicitation has been posted to the CECOM Interactive Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP). The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the IBOP Website to allow electronic transmittals of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil).
