Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Thermo Environmental Instruments, Inc., 8 West Forge Parkway, Franklin, Mass 02038 for 3 each Analyzer CO Model 48C with two options; Option 320 Internal Zero/Span solenoid and Option 210; Rack Mounts. Thermo Environmental Instruments, Inc., is the only source available to provide these analyzers as they must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing analyzers. The SIC code is 3826, NAICS code is 334516 and FSC code is 6630. Award for this requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. If you can provide these items, your the response shall demonstrate that your firm possesses the capability to provide the required equipment.
