Description

70-It is the Government's intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Molecular simulations, Inc., St. Louis, MO for the following requirement: One each MSI Software Suite Maintenance for MSI Software currently in use on site. Maintenance period of one year to run from January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001 with and option on maintenance for FY 02. An RFQ package is not available for this requirement. See Numbered Note 22.
