Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items pepared in accordance with FAR 13 with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Item 0001 (1) each, Work Table, 8' wide x 30" deep x 38" High, w/stow below, cres top & fdn. Composed of base cabinet similar to Jamestown Metal Products Catalog numbers, listed from left to right (facing table), 104-24 (LH), 102-24, 102-24 & 104-24(RH). Units to be steel with a 4" high steel sub-base, finish color similar to Formula 111, gray. Counter top to be Cres Type 304, W/4" high backsplash, unpainted or equal. Item 0002 (3) each, Stowage Locker, Aluminum, 36" W x 18" D x 69" H, shall be manufactured NAVSHIPS DWG 805-1629991, finish color similar to Formula 111, gray. Item 0003 (1) each, Work Table, 10' wide x 30" deep x 38" High, Composed of base cabinet similar to Jamestown Metal Products Catalog numbers, listed from left to right (facing table), 104-24 (LH), 122-24, 122-24, 122-24 & 104-24(RH). Units to be steel with a 4" high steel sub-base, finish color similar to Formula 111, gray. Counter top to be Cres Type 304, W/4" high backsplash, unpainted or equal. Item 0004 (2) each, Locker, 36" wide x 18" deep x 70" high, with four adjustable shelves, Mfg IAW Dwg 805-1629991. Unit to be alum. With 4" high steel sub-base. Finish color to be similar to Formula 111, gray. Item 0005 (1) each, File cabinet, 15" wide x 20" deep x 43" high, with a 4" high steel sub-base, overall height not to exceed 47", modified for (six) drawers. Interior of drawers should accommodate 11" x 17" paper sheets on a flat surface. Unit to be alum, finish color similar to Formula 111, gray. Mfg IAW Dwg 805-1638844. Item 0006 (3) each, File cabinet, 4-Drawer, 16-1/4" wide x 24-11/16" deep x 51-7/8" high, Alum. Type B, without sub-base, finish color similar to Formula 111, gray. Mfg IAW Dwg S3209-860179. Item 0007 (1) each, Work Table, 48" wide x 30" deep x 38" High, Composed of base cabinet similar to Jamestown Metal Products Catalog number 124-48 or equal. Unit to be steel with a 4" high steel sub-base, finish color similar to Formula 111, gray. Counter top to be Cres Type 304, W/4" high backsplash, unpainted. Item 0008 Phone Booth, 31" wide x 29" deep X 40" high, with light, SYM 142.2 and ballast. Mfg IAW Dwg 805-1632788. Item 0009 Certification of Conformity shall be IAW MIL-STD-1623D for Material ordered on Item 0008. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-20. FAR Provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.246, 252.247-34 and DFAR 252-212.7000, 252.212.7001, 252.243.7002 and 252.204.7000 apply to this acquisition. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3. Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98.
