Description

Contractor is to prepare a draft red-cockaded woodpecker management plan incorporating the reccommendations in the Service's "Strategy And Guidlines for the Recovery and management of the Red-Cockaded Woodpecker and its habitats on NWR's. In addition, contractor is to begin monitoring and banding adult woodpeckers within 15 days of contract award at four active clusters located at refuge. Requirement will be I/A/W Statement of Work Attached to solicitation. SOLICITATION CONTAINS OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR OF SERVICE.
