Description
The VA Connecticut Healthcare System, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516 is seeking sources for performance of maintenance services on an Ultrasound imaging/echo system. Period would be Base Year and Three Option Years. This is a complex system that can only be serviced by factory-trained personnel or technicians with a documented record of experience with this type of equipment and who are capable of following factory specifications and procedures. Service should be performed by the vendor's own personnel and not be sub-contracted to outside parties except where justified and approved by the VA. If the vendor can not download the solicitation and requests a hard copy, a non-refundable fee of $35.00 will be charged.
