Description

Statement of Work for Wash Rack Non personal service vendor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to complete the following job: Contractor shall provide scheduled monthly preventive maintenance checks on car wash system. Preventive maintenance shall be completed no later than the 15th of each month to ensure payment can be processed. Vendor shall accomplish on-call emergency maintenance servicing within 24hrs of the request. Repair cost not to exceed a to be determined dollar amount, which includes parts and labor. Upon completion of service unit shall be put back to its original operating condition. Contractor shall supply chemicals and cleaning equipment as needed to fill current reservoir containers and shall identify quantities and chemical types supplied to the vehicle operations representative. The vendor shall identify items considered to be hazardous. Note: A prerequisite for a contractor to be awarded a contract from the 11th Contracting Squadron, you will need to be registered through Central Contractors Registration (CCR). If you wish to submit a request for quote on this contract and currently not registered with CCR you may do so by calling 1-888-227-2423. A request for quote can still be submitted before CCR has been approved.
