Service contract to furnish necessary labor, equipment and materials to provide an annual preventive maintenance and emergency repair on the Liebert Environmental Units located throughout the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10 N. Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Contract will include base year plus four option years that may be exercised. Solcitations will be issued on or about December 5, 2000.
