Description

Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings for the disassembly, movement and re-assembly of three power files. Work includes relocation of one Lektreiver 10 foot power file; relocation of one 9 foot White power file and one 10 foot White power file; and relocation of one White aisle saver system, 12 movable carriages with 9 foot double face shelving units per carriage. Supply new deck material and match tile to existing. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. Work is to be completed not later than 15 December 2000. The proposed contract action if for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Safe Business Systems, 330 Sovereign Ct., Manchester MO 63011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 1.
