Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number DAAD01-97-G-0002 with Lockheed Martin, 4000 S. Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL, to convert two existing lightweight moving vehicle target systems from wire guided to rail guided. Lockheed Martin is the only firm that can provide compatible equipment to work with existing Lockheed products currently in use at USAYPG perform critical tests. The NAICS code is 334290/750. Award of the requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
