Description

Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings for the disassembly, movement and re-assembly of four Spacesaver power files. Work includes the relocation of three Spacesaver model S/3-E, mobile high-density storage systems; the relocation of one Spacesaver mobile high density storage system-Mechanical Assist Operation; and provide new floor tile for an existing library Spacesaver already in place in accordance with the specification. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. Work is to be completed not later than 15 December 2000. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Peterson Business Systems, 938 South Highway Dr, Fenton MO 63026. Interestd persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the rquirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 1.
