Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for three full time (40 hours per week) Medical Assistants at the Naval Hospital, Bremerton, WA. Approximate period of service will be 8 Jan 01 through 31 Jul 01. Proposed health care providers must meet the following minimum requirements: have either (a) successfully completed a Medical Assistant Training Course within the preceding 12 months, or (b) have at least 12 months experience as a Medical Assistant within the preceding 36 months, or (c), possess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands and have at least 12 months experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN/LVN within the preceding 36 months, or (d), possess certification as a military medical technician/hospital corpsman/medic and have at least 12 months experience as a military medical technician/hospital corpsman/medic or MA within the preceding 36 months. A personal services, firm fixed price purchase order is contemplated. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. See Numbered Note 1. NO RFQs WILL BE MAILED TO OFFERORS.
