Description

Provide Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services for the U.S. Attorney's Offices located in Los Angeles and Santa Ana, California. The Government anticipates awarding up to three (3) Indefinite Quantity type contract(s) for one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. The solicitation document will be available about January 10, 2001 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site http://www.eps.gov (hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available). The EPS site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the EPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidder's must have the capability to establish an office within the basic geographic areas of Los Angeles and Santa Ana, California and areas extending fifty (50) mile radius from the respective city limits by the shortest route available. All court reporters must hold a certificate issued by the Certified Shorthand Reporters Board of the State of California.
