Description

The Office of Justice Programs is conducting market research to determine the availability of vendors possessing a General Service Administration contract under the Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874 that also possesses specialize expertise in providing "peer review" technical support, and associated support services for grant making federal, state and/or non-profit entities. The peer review process includes, but is not limited to, (1) administrative planning and process improvement, (2) maintaining or creating a consultant data base on specific criminal justice topics, (3) assignment and oversight of consultants, (4) coordinating the peer review process for all applications, including maintaining an application tracking system, arranging for conference space and travel arrangements, and facilitating the peer review process (5) documenting the rating of applications and notifying successful and unsuccessful grantees, and (6) miscellaneous logistical support. MOBIS vendors with this specific experience/capability should send a short capability statement (1 to 5 pages) by mail to the above address, or by email to "youngjo@ojp.usdoj.gov," not later than November 22 in order to insure consideration. This is not a solicitation and no solicitation has been prepared. All qualified MOBIS vendors will be considered.
