Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Congressional Information Services for a one year subscription for the American Statistics Index and the 2001 CIS index. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable SIC code is 2741, NAICS code is 511199, with a size standard of 500 employees. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. See numbered Note 22.
