Description

Road Grading of road surfaces solely within the Fort Carson, CO Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site (PCMS), a geographically isolated location in southern Colorado. PCMS contains approximately 89 miles of road surfaces. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required for award. Firms not registered in CCR will not be considered for award. The small business size standard for this acquisition is $17 million, and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 23499 all other heavy construction. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act Contract line item number, item, quantity and unit of measure are: ITEM NO.: 0001; ITEM: Road Grading; QTY:1000; U/M: square yards. The duration of the contract period is one year, with an additional one year option period only. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
