Description

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete repairs of an existing building, including plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire suppression, communications, and electrical work. Work inculdes selective demolition of existing construction and incidental related work. Contract completion time is 485 calendar days. The estimated construction cost is More than $10,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542 and the related small business size standard is $27,500,000. The contract will be awrded to the firm providing the proposal with the best value to the Government based on Price and the Technical Evalution factors of Past Performance, Experience, Construction Schedule and Commitment to Small Business. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH THE INTERNET. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format nor CDs. Notification of any changes to this solicitation will be made ONLY on the Internet site. It is, therefore, the contractor's responsibility to check the below listed Internet site daily for any posted changes in this solicitation's plans and specifications which will be available on or about 04 December 2000.
