Description

YPC00206000912; NSN: 4320-01-425-2093, Pump, Rotary (Eddy Current). Procurement is for two (2) each with an option to purchase an additional (1 ea.) pump prior to completion of the contract. Approved Source is Eddy Pump Corp (0XU76) P/N NF-4000. Drawings are NOT available. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only and does NOT apply for award. This is an unrestricted procurement. The proposed contract is restricted to domestic sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-3. Accordingly, foreign sources, except Canadian sources, are not eligible for award. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. RFP will be available after December 20,2000.
