Description

Notice of Intent to issue a contract to Litton Integrated Systems, Agoura Hills, CA for spares in support of the AN/TYQ-23(V)4. The Government possesses no technical data for these items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of a proposal is not anticipated. If no responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis which meet the Government's requirements, a contract will be placed without further notice.
