DESC: Synopsis: This is for a fixed-price contract for 25 each of NSN 5821-01-312-3525,Receiver-Transmitter,ARC 164. The approximate issue date will be 16 Dec 00 with the approximate response date of 16 Jan 00. Request solicitation from Julie H. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, Size of Business pursuant to Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3812 (750 employees). To: Raytheon Systems Co., Ft Wayne IN. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
