- Description
- Contractor shall furnish blood, blood components and related services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Houston, Texas. Delivery shall be F.O.B. within consignee's premises no more than twenty-four hours following request. Contract period shall be January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. RFQ will be available on/about November 14, 2000. Requests for RFQ must be in writing to the CO; facsimile request accepted, FAX No. 713/794-7869. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
