Proposal if for the provision of food services to the Hopi Health Care Center. It entails providing complete comprehensive food service at the Hopi Health Care Center. Need for this service is indefinite, as food service is necessary as long as there are patient care services. The contract is anticipated to be an annual contract, with 4 option years. The scope of these services is the provision of support services, in the form of food service production and meal delivery to the inpatient unit at the Hopi Health Care Center, Polacca, AZ
