Description

This requirement is for Football Officials and Scorekeepers as required by the youth and recreation athletic departments of NAS Oceana, NAB Little Creek, Naval Station Norfolk, and NOB Dam Neck, and LANTFLEET. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The SIC code is 7999 and the NAICS code is 713990. Solicitaion and evaluation for contract award will be accomplished under commercial item and simplified acquisition procedures. The period of performance will be one year beginning on the date of award. A complete Request for Quotation package will be available only through the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil, or www.nor.fisc.navy.mil. By submitting an offer, the contractor shall be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials or owners are suspended, debarred, or otherwise inelligable to receive contracts from any federal agency. The offeror shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration prior to receiving an award. Note 1 applies.
