Description

The government intends to negotiate an URGENT firm fixed price contract for mess attendant services and augmentation equipment (tents, chairs, tables, etc.). The tents shall be installed and removed by contractor. Augumentation equipment consisting of the following shall be provided: tents (1each 30' x 150'; two each 40' x 60'); banquet tables; chairs (750 each); portable salad bars (2 each); portable refrigerators (2 each); salad bars (2 each); pastry bars (2 each); tables clothes; and, juice machines (4 each). Potential offerors are hereby notified that this procurement will be conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.5 test program for the simplified acquisition of commercial items. The sic code 5812. The services shall be for the performance period 30 November 2000 through 08 December 2000.
