Description

NASA/LaRC plans to exercise Option Period 1 on Contract L-70541D for work currently being performed in support of the Geostationary Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrometer Data Compression Study. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/LaRC intends to exercise an existing option with Old Dominion University Research Foundation. The original announcement for this procurement was posted in the CBD on 05/01/2000 under Solicitation Number 1-025-RFJ.1065. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
