Description

The EPA intends to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to ENVIRES Corporation, of Bowie, MD for a one year Internet subscription to "EPA Shadow Law" beginning December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2001. EPA Shadow Law is a proprietary product that is directly marketed by the ENVIRES Corporation only. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because the ENVIRES Corporation is the sole supplier of this proprietary software. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
