Description

The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to SAS Institute, Inc., SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513, for renewal of existing license agreement and support maintenance for the following proprietary software: (a) Statistical Analysis (SAS) Computer System Software; (b) Econometric and Time Series Library & (ETS) computer system software; (c) Sasgraph computer system software; (d) SAS/Full Screen Processor; (e) SAS/AF; (f) SAS/Access for ADABAS; (g) SAS/STAT; (h) SAS/C Compiler. The renewal period is one year. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposal. If your company believes that they can perform these services, please forward a capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. This proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. All submissions must be received within twenty (15) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. See Note(s) 22 *****
