Description

Annual software maintenance for Remote View Professional Image Processing System QTY: 75 Users. Lockheed Martin developed the power image processing software, however they no longer support the PIPS system. This is sole sourced to Sensor Systems due to proprietary agreement with Lockheed Martin. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. Software licenses are to begin on 4 Dec 00 through 12 months thereafter. Delivery point of contact is HQ USCENTCOM/CCJ2-RR, 7115 South Boundary Boulevard, MacDill AFB, FL 33621. Pricing shall reflect FOB Destination. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition, offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 252.225-7001, and 52.232-33.
