Description

Remote Sensing and Mapping study in support of the landscape and riparian factors component of the Southeastern Wadeable Streams REMAP project. Pilot study will assess the use of Space Imaging's IKONOS Satellite Carterra image data and color infrared (CIR) aerial photographs for mapping land use/land cover (LU/LC) of at least two (2) and not more than eight (8) watersheds in the vicinity of Athens, Georgia. Watersheds to be selected by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency. Statement of Work is separated into three (3) phases with specific tasks or quantities in each phase. The Government reserves the right to make award on any one or more than one quantity within each phase. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotation with number RFQ-GA-01-00004. A purchase order will be the resulting award document. Interested parties may obtain a copy of this RFQ by submitting a written request to U. S.
