Description

The contractor shall provide telephone support to the Exterior Electric Shop for SCADA Computer System. This service shall include dial-in to the system via the modem for trouble- shooting and diagnostics. This contract shall be established for 1 Year with 4 Option Years. The telephone support is for a Digital Model 1000A Alpha servers with the following serial numbers Server A N162202CUU and Server B N162202CUW. Telephone support shall be provided Monday thru Friday (0800 -- 1700 Mountain Time) Telephone Support for SCADA Computer Delivery Date/Period of Performance: 08 December 2000 thru 30 September 2001. HSQ is the only company that can provide telephone support for the SCADA Computer System. HSQ has proprietary rites the software. Anticipated Award Date: 06 Dec 2000 The approximate issue/response date will be 17 Nov 2000. The anticipated award date will be 05 Dec 2000. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
