- Description
- Provide professional Urology procedures to veteran patients living in the McAllen Texas area. Procedures which do not require conscious sedation maybe performed in office setting. Procedures, which require conscious sedation, must be performed in and approved and contracted outpatient surgery center or hospital. Urologist must be board certified in Urology and copy of Board Certification and Medical License must accompany proposal. CPT code The Standard Item Classification (SIC) is 8011. Numbered Note #1 applies to this procurement. Solicitation package will be issued on November 27, 2000. A contract will be issued for three years. This procurement is a commercial service and is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Commercial Items and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
