Description

Provide MOHS Surgery procedures for veteran patients. Services to be provided are as follows: Comprehensive MOHS Surgery (Microscopic controlled excision of skin cancer) capability and follow up care in a clinic setting. Physician must be board certified in MOHS Surgery. Proof of certification, license and CLIA certificate number must accompany offer. The Standard Item Classification (SIC) is 8011. Numbered Note #1 applies to this procurement. Solicitation package will be issued on November 27, 2000. A contract will be issued three years. This procurement is a commercial service and is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Commercial Items and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
