Provide JCAHO Readiness Assessment surveys at each VISN 6 facility to access current compliance with JCAHO standards and to assist in the preparation for the regular JCAHO triennial surveys tentatively scheduled for April-May 2002. The locations of VISN 6 facilities are: Durham, NC, Fayetteville, NC, Salisbury, NC, Asheville, NC, Salem, VA, Richmond, VA, Hampton, VA and Beckley, WV.
