Description

The winter site visit is currently scheduled for 9-11 Jan 2001. The tentative itinerary includes charter flights from both Eielson AFB and Elmendorf AFB. 9 Jan 2001 will start at Eielson AFB with a flight tour of northern remote sites, as well as additional tours of facilities and flying squadrons. 11 Jan 2001 will be from Elemedorf AFB with a flight tour of Sparrevohn, as well as additional tours of facilities and flying squadrons. If you are interested in attending, please contact Capt John Leif or Mr. Michael Lelevier NLT 27 Nov 2000 in order to determine the size of the plane to charter and the unit cost for each participant. Please provide any suggestions or requests for site visit locations or topics. The purpose of this acquisition is to award a competitive contract for the Pacific Alaskan Range Complex (PARC) to provide operation, maintenance and development support of combat training systems, and facilities. This requirement consists of, but is not limited to: program management, range control, target management, environmental management, physical security, logistics, services, transportation, civil engineering and engineering development.
