Description

FISC Norfolk Det. Phila. intends to solicit for Visual Information Services for the Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET). Services shall take place at number of CNET activities throughout the continental United States -- the locations shall be furnished in the RFP. Services include but are not limited to the provision of Photography, Video and Audio, Training Aids Fabrication and Modeling, VI Equipment Services, Graphics Arts Services, and Training Media Coordination, Distribution, and Consultation. This is a synopsis for the OMB-Circular A-76 cost Comparison Study of Visual Information Services for CNET. The solicitation will not result in a contract if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 procedures. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The contract shall consist of a base year consisting of 12 months, with four (4) one year options. The solicitation shall require the submission of technical and cost information. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business (see Note 1) under the standard Industrial Classification Code of 8744, with a size standard of $20M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det. Phila.
