Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Birnbaum Interpreting Services (BIS). BIS shall provide two- (2) full time sign language interprets and intermittent sign language service as required for a period of 2 months. All responses should reference PR- DP2/0023Z/00 Interested parties have 10 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualification/ capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. Oral communications are not accepted.
