Anticipating up to 3 orders per week with an average of 1 order per week for approximately 70 to 600 diazo microfiche produced from 5 to 20 silver intermediate microfiche. Operations include inspection and preparing microfiche titles, stripping headers onto microfiche, producing magnetic diskettes, duplicating, collating, postage metering, generating mailing labels and shipping lists, maintaining a database of an FTP internet site, complaints fulfillment and distribution.
