Description

TRADOC Acquisition Center intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for training and functional area support required to operate ROTC Battalions for U.S. Army Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, VA. The functional support areas include Assistant Professors of Military Science (APMS), Enlisted-level Army training Instructor and ROTC administrative support. The contractor shall provide services to Cadet Command and designated Cadet Command battalions through instructional, administrative, and logistical support to assist in recruiting, training, retaining and commissioning the Army ROTC cadets who attend 217 designated schools and related partnership schools nationwide. Contractor shall provide a total of 330 personnel providing APMS functions, 16 personnel in support of Enlisted Instructor functions and 17 personnel in support of Administrative and Logistical functions. A dedicated Program Manager and staff shall be provided to support the 363 contractor personnel. The contract shall include a base period of 12 months with four(4) one-year option periods. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the TAC Home Page at www.tac.eustis.army.mil by January. The complete solicitation package will be obtainable from the website.
