Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will hold its Annual Water Planning Meeting in the Crystal City area on April 30, 2001 -- May 4, 2001. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for a total of 280 sleeping rooms. 80 rooms on April, 30, May 1, May 2 and 40 rooms on May 3. Also, needed is General Session rooms and Breakout rooms for May 1 -- May 3, 2001 from (8:00am -- 5:30 pm) and May 4, 2001 from (8:00 am -- 1:00 pm). Refreshments will be needed for 250 attendees for AM and PM. (EX: AM -- Coffee, Tea, Decaf, Muffins, Bagels) and (EX: PM -- Sodas, Cookies, Brownies). Refreshments for AM and PM is for May 1, May 2, May 3, May 4 and for May 4 AM is needed only. Audio visual equipment is needed (1 britelite projectors (3 days), 4 standard (4 days) and 4 wireless remotes (4 days), Overhead projectors -- 1 High intensity (3 days) and 4 standards (4 days), 4 laser pointer (3 days) and 16 flipcharts w/pad & marker (4 days), 1 10 x 10 Projections screens (3 days) and 4 7 x 7 projection screens (4 days). Computer Display equipment is needed -- 5 wireless microphones (3 days) and 4 lavalier microphones ( 4 days), telephone w/long distance, sending/recienving faxes, copier and 1 mixer (3 days).
