Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and management to perform the miscellaneous repair or removal of existing fencing or the installation of new chain link fence, barbed wire fence, chain link gates, pipe gates and any other incidental related work. This project shall cover all work related to chain link fence type enclosures and barriers to include but not limited to ball fields, tennis courts and basketball courts at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton and at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, Fallbrook Detachment, Fallbrook, California. The North American Industry Classification System (N.A.I.C.S) Code is 235990, the Standard Industry Classification (S.I.C.) Code: is 1799 Fencing Contractors, and the small business size standard is $11.5 Million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The minimum guarantee is $15,000.00. The requirement has an estimated price range between $1,000,000.00 and 5,000,000.00. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted in accordance with Public Law 100-656. This will be an Indefinite Quantity contract with a twelve (12) months base period and four possible option periods. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this requirement will be limited to the electronic medium; this requirement will be available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, via http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
