Description

The contractor shall furnish all material, labor, services, equipment, supervision to remove existing wood floor and install new wood flooring to Building 1156 at Many Farms Schoo, (Apache County), AZ, as describe on the applicable drawing and specification. The floor area for Building 1156 is approximately 10,000 square feet. The project range is 100,000-250,000. Acquisition is set-aside for firms who are eligible under the Buy Indian Act who are 51% owned/operated businesses. Project site visits may be arranged with Chester Begay at telephone number 520 781-6224. A prebid conference may be scheduled on a short notice. Evaluation include past performance of similar work for the past two years. Section 7(b) apply in preference opportunity in subcontracting, employment and training. A limit of 20 bids shall be mailed in the order of receipt. Bids open January 2, 2001, 2 pm, local time.
