Description

17. Description: Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary for the Consolidated Facilities Maintenance Contract (CFMC) at Malmstrom AFB, MT in accordance with the performance requirements documents and drawings. The CFMC consists of the following services: Building Maintenance (includes Family Housing Maintenance, Carpet Installation, Protective Coatings Maintenance), Grounds Maintenance, Refuse/Recycling Pickup/Disposal, Janitorial services, and Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER). The Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 30 Nov 00. Request For Proposal will close on or about 5 Jan 01. Performance period is 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed to include 6 option years. The anticipated contract will be awarded using Source Selection with oral proposals. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The Request For Proposal is available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award.
