Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing; bankline excavation and embankment; stone protection, bedding and riprap; dredging; tree planting; and seeding. The estimated magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be provided on CD-ROM at no cost (limit 1 CD-ROM per firm); paper copies will not be available from the Government. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Only. North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) Code is 234990; Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1629. The Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 Million. In the event the selected offer exceeds $1,000,000 and is from a large business, it will be necessary for that firm to submit a subcontracting plan that is acceptable to the Government prior to award.
