SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: DAAH23-01-R-0086; PRON: AX051086AX; NSN: 1560-01-078-5726; Quantity: 1000 each (Min)/3000 each (Max), First Year: 1000 each, Years Two through Five: variable quantities of between 300 each and 500 each; Part Number: 70301-02110-041, STDP Revision D; Noun: Input Assembly, Power; NAICS Code: 336413; Business Size Standard: 1000 employees; Closing Date: 2000 December 29; Applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 100 each 335 days after contract award (DACA), and 100 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 256 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 100 each 268 DACA, and 100 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 19.000(b), this procurement action is set-aside only for small business concerns operating within the United States, its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the District of Columbia.
