Origin inspection and acceptance with QAP003 applies. Right's Guard applies. Export Control applies. Configuration Control applies. Critical Item Application. 100% quantity option applies. ABVS applies. Solicitation is unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
