SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: DAAH23-00-R-0583; PRON: AX0F0295AX; NSN: 5315-01-329-0707; Quantity: 6,000 each (Min)/15,000 each (Max), Year One: 6,000 each, Year Two: between 2,289 and 3,308 each, Year Three: between 759 and 1,096 each, Year Four: between 1,864 and 2,694 each, Year Five: between 1,316 and 1,902 each; Part Number: 70103-08107-102; Restricted to Apex Manufacturing Company Inc., and Shur-Lok Corporation; Noun: Pin, Expanding Grip; NAICS Code: 332618; Closing Date: 2001 January 05; Applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Deliveries are FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Test (FAT) is 2,000 each 150 days after contract award (DACA), and 2,000 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
