Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source deliver order to Merdan Group, Inc. for technical Information Security (INFOSEC) support and guidance for PMW 173 in support of their Submarine Communications Support System and Virginia Class radio room systems engineering efforts. This is primarily focused on the replacement of Legacy Cryptographic devices with new programmable and embeded cryptos and to provide engineering expertise for transport of classified material across a local area network. Provide technical support in identifying, baselining, and reviewing candidate crypto requirements to integrate them into the SCSS and Virginia Class radio rooms in accordance with Navy and DOD policy. Provide technical support to recommend ways to identify requirements for cryptographic products that are applicable to the SCSS and Virginia Class radio rooms. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation available.
