This acquisition is for the integration of 2,206 each SPORT ICE Boxes and associated DM-224 Personal Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) card, transducer kit, cables, button probe, and J1708/1939/1850 Modules with the SPORT. This acquistion is sole source to Miltope Corporation, 500 Richardson Road, Hope Hull, AL 36043. See numbered Note 22.
