The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Tornado Professional for Windows NT 4.0, PN 170-12710-CL1, Qty 3 2) Tornado Professional: Annual Support and Maintenance, PN 130-14294-CL, Qty 3 3) Upgrade of two(2) User Seats to current License Model and to Tornado Professional for Windows NT, PN 170-12710-CL2, Qty 2 4) Tornado Professional: Annual Support and Maintenance, PN 130-14295-CL, Qty 2 5) VxWorks Target Licenses, PN 140-14150-CL, Qty 4 6) Tornado Professional for Windows NT -- upgrade to current license model and to Tornado Professional for Windows NT, PN 170-12710-PM, Qty 3 . This requirement is sole sourced to Wind River Systems, 206 East Victoria St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101 for proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the required Software Licenses may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required software license upgrades, which will be considered by this agency.
