Description

This is an amendment to solicitation no. DAAH01-T-R004.This amendment is included to state that this is a sole source to New Mexico State University.The scope of work to be performed provides for the design enhancement of the Emissive Smoke Code and the AMCOM Beowolf cluster and the demonstration of the improvements using the AMCOM Beowolf multi processor system. The physical science Lab of New Mexico State University is uniquely qualified to accomplish this task. This combination of expertise and knowledge provides a unique capability that is required to accomplish this specific task. Due to the time schedule requirements and the economical considerations of this task,it is not practical or economically justified to attempt to achieve this capability through a generalized effort
